I am pumped. Maryland was added to the list but you know what? That only adds fuel to my fire. I will definitely do something about this. So let’s talk about the good news and what we can do. Through all this I have gotten an idea to help organize things.
I am going to compile a list of every state. I am going to list each person per state that wants to fight against the #advertisingtax. This way everyone can represent their state in the best manner possible. If for any reason you would not like to be included on this list please let me know.

I am not clear on which states everyone is representing. Please let me know if you there is anyone that should be added to our list. Stay tuned because I am going to add contacts for each state’s local media or state representatives. All these people can be found and messaged through facebook. I am ready to make a difference. Whoever you are if you have an idea and if you care about this problem, let’s join forces!
In Virginia and Maryland it did not pass! That doesn't mean we can rest bc it will likely come back next session. The best thing to do is be proactive, even if your state does not have it on a bill you need to contact your local state representatives and make them aware of how the potential tax can hurt small businesses.
Jamie and Geno I updated your States. Thank you for representing. More info coming soon. Thanks Missi for saying that I agree, United is what we need to be and how we will succeed. :)
I'm not sure Idaho would even consider something like this, but I'll be ready (have already contacted our reps here) for a fight like this. Please add me for Idaho.
