Conferences have been one of my biggest motivators. Not only do I learn a lot from them but this is when I get to connect with everyone. I have met my best contacts at these events. This is a great time to brainstorm ideas with leaders in the industry and in turn grow your company. After a couple years of attending the conferences, I now find it to be like camp, seeing old friends and having a great time. The only thing is you need to be ready to work all day and network late into the night. It is a marathon but some of the most productive days of the year.
